Mid-season : April 19th to July 4th

480 € / week
Peak season : July 5th to August 29th

560 € / week
After summer : August 30th to September 26th

450 € / week

Payment

  • Payment may be made by bank transfer (IBAN will be specified in the rental contract).
  • If the booking is made more than 30 days before the stay: 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid 30 days before the stay.
  • If the booking is made less than 30 days before the stay, the total amount of the rent is to be paid at the time of the booking.
  • 300 euro deposit due when arriving on the premises.
  • Tourist tax: 0.90 € per person over 18 and per night, due when arriving on the premises

Regulations

  • Out of respect for the future lodgers, the gîte is fully non-smoking.
  • For the same reasons, pets are not admitted.
  • Check-in begins at 3pm (3-5pm), and check-out should be completed at 10am at the latest.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded (except in case of force majeure e.g.: lockdown).

General conditions of sale

At the time of booking, a rental contract is signed between the holiday-maker and myself (owner of the gîte). The contract includes the standard clauses of any furnished tourist accommodation.

Très belle maison typique, parfaitement équipée qui est rénovée avec beaucoup de gout. De belles plages à pied ainsi que d agréables randonnées au calme sur l île, même en pleine saison. La situation du gîte permet de découvrir la région. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins pour répondre à nos questions et nous orienter au mieux. Nous reviendrons. Séjour du 3 au 10 août 2024. !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Bretagne sur la côte granit rose du 27 juillet au 3 août. Le gîte l’ilette est à proximité de site magnifiques à découvrir, sentiers avec paysages à couper le souffle. La propreté du gite, bien aménagé, literie confortable ont rendu nos vacances d’autant plus agréables. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Endroit à conseiller..
